The current the battery can deliver for thirty seconds at −18°C while staying above 7.2V. Nobody sees −18°C in Dubai Sports City, but CCA is still the honest measure of a battery's punch - and heat-damaged batteries lose CCA first.

How long does a car battery replacement take?
About twenty minutes from the moment we park. Testing is a couple of minutes, the swap itself is ten to fifteen, and registering the battery on a start-stop car adds five.

Do you charge if I decide not to buy?
No. Testing the battery and the charging system is free whether or not it ends in a sale.
What warranty do I get?
Up to 24 months on the battery itself, logged against your plate. If it fails inside the term we come back out and replace it - the warranty covers the visit too.
Do you replace batteries at night?
Yes. We run 24/7, every day, and roughly a third of our calls are between 10pm and 6am.
Can you do it in an underground car park?
Yes. Give us the building, the level and the bay. Our vans are height-cleared for standard basements and we bring the stock down by trolley when they are not.
Will I lose my radio code or my settings?
No. We hold power to the car with a memory saver while the battery is out, so the ECU, radio, clock and window calibration all survive the swap.
Do you take the old battery away?
Always, and its scrap value comes off your bill. It goes to a licensed recycler with a transfer note.
Do you fit AGM and start-stop batteries?
Yes, and we register them to the car where the model requires it. Fitting a standard battery to a start-stop car is the fastest way to kill both the battery and the start-stop function.
