About Sport City Battery
Sport City Battery started with a single van and a conductance tester, working Dubai Sports City car parks for drivers who had been quoted a tow and a workshop slot for a job that takes twenty minutes at the kerb. 5 years later the fleet runs 4 vans and we have fitted more than 7,400 batteries.
The model has not changed. We carry stock rather than order it, we test before we sell rather than after, and we quote a fitted price on the phone that does not move when the van arrives. Roughly a third of the calls we take are between 10pm and 6am, because that is when a car that will not start is worst.
Everything else we do - the garage services, the recovery, the workshop work - grew out of customers asking whether we could look at the rest of the car while we were there.

How we work
Test before we sell
Every call starts with a conductance test on the battery and a check on the charging system. If your battery is healthy we tell you, and we do not charge you for finding out.
One price, quoted first
The fitted price is agreed on the phone. No callout fee, no fitting fee, and nothing added on arrival.
Stock on the van
DIN, JIS and BCI fitments in standard, EFB and AGM. Most jobs are finished on the first visit because the battery is already with us.
The warranty covers the visit
If a battery we fitted fails inside its term, we come back out and replace it. You are not asked to bring it anywhere.
The old battery leaves with us
Handed to a licensed recycler with a transfer note, and its scrap value comes off your bill.
